Sam Asghari is turning the page on a new chapter.
The fitness pro exclusively revealed to E! News that he's working on an unscripted show—not a reality show—that aims to give back.
"It's in the works," Sam told E! News at the Daytime Beauty Awards on Oct. 1. "It's about helping people."
While he's keeping the details under wraps, the 29-year-old teased, "We're going to work on amazing things in the future."
As for the inspiration behind the project, the actor noted, "I was helped by a lot of people, and that's something that, in my heart, it touches me dearly, so I want to be able to give back by helping others as well."
Sam—who filed for divorce from Britney Spears in August after one year of marriage—shared that he is eager to "get back" to acting once the SAG-AFTRA union reaches a fair deal, but in the meantime, he is proud to inspire others through his workout content.
"My lifestyle is fitness and health, so that's something that I do on a daily basis, so that's never going to change," the Special Ops: Lioness star shared. "So, I hope that by posting on social media or by leading by example, that's something that people get to take away something from me and be able to change their lifestyle—because when you have a healthy lifestyle, you are a positive person and you are a positive light and it's inspiring for other people."
As for Sam, he's finding positivity and support in his cherished dogs, treating them to whipped cream pup cups before the show.
"I love dogs, and I think it's impossible to give back the love that pets give us," he noted at the award show, which benefits the Helen Woodward Animal Center. "So, there's nothing in the short of things that we can do to give back the same amount of love and support that animals give us. I'm happy that this event also has support for animals."
The ceremony celebrated Hollywood's top beauty and health experts, including Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Ben Talei, celebrity facialist Joanna Vargas and fitness pro Tracy Anderson, whose clients include Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Aniston and Kim Kardashian.
And while Sam admitted that he isn't often out in public these days, he did make an appearance on Sept. 28 in honor of another good cause: the Children's Oncology Support Fund's inaugural Zodiac Ball alongside Kate Beckinsale and Jason Oppenheim.
"I don't get out much," Sam said on the red carpet, per a video on his Instagram. "It's nice to put on fancy clothing and be here."
Praising the fund's "amazing, groundbreaking" research that supports young cancer patients, he noted, "When it comes to children, that's something that breaks my heart if I see that they're battling something, especially if they have to go through this alone."
